Great motives. We exalt the cross because we depend on it (for salvation, sanctification and service), because we find our pleasure in it (in its power and fulness), because we declare it and because we defend it.
More profiund things. A call to living faithfully the Christian life and to teach our childern about the Lord. But also a call to seek a more profound life with God and to dare greater things with the Lord.
Great Sermon! When He become obedient unto death a death of shame and humiliations completed His life sacrifices for us sinners! Please listen and be blessed!
Thank you Dr. Michael Barrett may God bless you and your ministry.
Wonderful sermon How beautifully and clearly is Christ set forth in this sermon from John 10. Reaches both mind and affections. This is how I long to know and preach Christ. Thank you, Dr. Cairns.
Great comfort. We have a forgiving God and a Savior who prays for us. We should learn from Him how to pray and how to forgive. What precious and hard lessons!
A Personal Appeal! Here is an impassioned plea for revival, by a man who saw some distinct movings of the Spirit throughout his long ministry.
It was our privilege to be in attendance when this message was preached in Greenville SC in the year 2000. Our hearts were moved. May it prove true in the case of all who hear this message from SermonAudio!
Progress. God is preparing men for serving Himself and this take years. There is not instant maturity or experience in Christian life. God is working in us and through us what is pleasing to Him.
Witnesses. We are living in a situation like that of the Christians in Ephesus: a world which is more and more sacularized and paganized. And God calls us to be witnesses.
Great Sermon! This is the precise topic I was asked to speak on at a ladies' meeting at my church--thank you for going in-depth and explaining things.
Great Sermon! Superb! I have been asked to speak at a ladies' meeting at my church. I was at a loss of how to explain some things. You have made it possible. I will now accept the invitation to speak.
Great encouragement. This message was a balm of Gilead for my soul: Christ sees our deeds done for Him when others seem to not see our service and when others seem to not appreciate our service for the Lord! But Christ sees all and this is enough! This gives us power to continue!
