Timely message---and Dr. Cairns, as is his usual manner, is EXACTLY ON TARGET. While not all CCM is bad, most of it employs the idea that you can use anything at all if it means one more person comes to salvation in Jesus Christ. I have yet to find in Scripture where music is supposed to be an evangellistic tool, and most CCM glorifies man, not the HOLY GOD OF SCRIPTURE. The Scripture is clear: Salvation is of God, and we as believers are to use the means that have been ordained of God, not integrating the world's twist to it. It is God's business to draw sinners, and He chooses to use us. He is not obligated to use anyone. Let's get on God's team, not expecting God to get on our team.

I can see why you recommended this sermon. Powerful stuff. With the way society is going, especially with the latest "Gay" legislation, it is a wonder that the Lord is tarrying... I have never seen a nation deteriorate the way Gt Britain has. One only needs to go back and read the late 19th century English literature to see how the society then (morally speaking) was a galaxy away from today's! I certainly will recommend this sermon to others and it has greatly stimulated me to pray like I never have before. Thank you!

Sermon:
Personal Separation, Personal Holiness
Rev. Stephen Hamilton

“ Absolute Must Listen to Sermon!! ”
I would suggest any young Christian listen to this sermon but it is an absolute necessity for any Christian to listen to this sermon. An absoutely clear with no excuses sermon on this relevant topic. There is a "cameo" section on Election that is worth listening to alone but I cannot recommend this sermon enough. As Rev Hamilton advises it is as much a sermon for those "Reformed" believers who have lost their way on seperation as for the general Christian. The Reformed scene in the UK has lost its way somewhat on personal holiness and this sermon is the perfect answer to the creeping compromise that is occurring. This sermon is sound doctrinally , biblically and pratically. Listen and benefit from it.

“ Great Sermon! ”
PRAISE THE LORD! We just recently "discovered" Dr. Cairns and are so VERY blessed by these sermons! We decided to come back here to the beginning of the Romans study and go all the way thru it in order, Lord willing. There is so much depth that we will probably need to listen to each at least 3 times!

“ Praise God for this sermon! ”
I was really blessed by this sermon. I grew up with Colby, and I bless God for anyone who had the opportunity to listen to this wonderful and encouraging sermon. I wish the Lord would put in my life a "holy hurry" for reaching lost sinners, a deep and heavenly interest in "arise an go near" to them here in the city where God put me to serve Him. May God be blessed for His Word.
