Theme of the Epistle. Clear presentation of the theme of the Epistle to the Romans: the Gospel of God, concerning His Son, Jesus Christ. Alan Cairns is right: all messages preached must be tested in the light of the Gospel of Paul in Romans. What is not according to that is not a Biblical Gospel. My wish is to can say: "Here I stand, on this basis!"

Great Sermon! PRAISE THE LORD! We just recently "discovered" Dr. Cairns and are so VERY blessed by these sermons! We decided to come back here to the beginning of the Romans study and go all the way thru it in order, Lord willing. There is so much depth that we will probably need to listen to each at least 3 times!

Powerful Message Indeed! Listen to this sermon and you WILL “rediscover the old gospel message that moved the world in the days of the apostles and in the days of the Protestant Reformation.” It is the gospel of God that concerns His Son, Jesus. In particular, I believe all who profess to be Christian should listen to this message, for they will have one of two reactions: "Yes, I know that, thank God!" or they will say, "I never knew that! Thank God!"
