“ Absolute power... ”
Thank you for the sermon Pastor Mike. Just one thing, you spoke the saying, "Power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely..." Just to let you know, this is a mad made saying as a slight toward the Lord God, who has absolute power, dominion and strength. Those who hate God believe that because the Lord God has all power and does nothing about the horrific terror and wickedness men do to one another, that somehow God above is wicked and corrupt or absolutely corrupt and not a God worth worshiping, yet we know from the scripture of the grace and mercy of the Lord God and that the evil of mankind shall not go unpunished. (Proverbs 11:21) "Though hand join in hand, the wicked shall not be unpunished: but the seed of the righteous shall be delivered." A blessing to hear the message today.

“ Debt and sin forgiven without Repentance? ”
(Luke 17:3-4) "¶ Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him. {4} And if he trespass against thee seven times in a day, and seven times in a day turn again to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him." If a BROTHER repents of a sin against us, we are to forgive. If someone does NOT repent, are we to forgive them? Does God forgive without repentance? (Matthew 18:26-27) "The servant therefore fell down, and worshipped him, saying, Lord, have patience with me, and I will pay thee all. {27} Then the lord of that servant was moved with compassion, and loosed him, and forgave him the debt." The servant asked for patience, THEN the king had compassion. Did Paul forgive the silversmith? Or did he tell others of his treachery? All belongs to the Lord God! We are to lend, not expecting anything back: (Luke 6:35-36) "But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil. {36} Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful." God says we are to love our enemies, yes, but I still do not see forgiveness WITHOUT repentance in scripture. Please correct

“ Deut 7:22 ”
Your comment on God dealing with our sins a little at a time, reminds me of: Deut 7:22  And the LORD thy God will put out those nations before thee by little and little: thou mayest not consume them at once, lest the beasts of the field increase upon thee.

I see observing holidays as observing times, for most fall in line with the pagan calender. The antibethel in Redding is the counter to the true vine.

“ Stop yelling while preaching ”
I don’t know why you insist on screaming the entire sermon. I couldn’t get passed five minutes of it. This is something new that you’ve started to do (yelling while preaching) and I wish it would stop. My guess is this probably would have been a very good sermon had you not yelled it rather than teaching it. Please pastor, please stop yelling/screaming while trying to preach. It’s really aggravating!

“ Great Sermon! ”
Oh, my friend. Many care. And certainly our high priest cares. This world is full of woes and we all have them. This is why we identify with the suffering of Christ who bore all of our infirmities. Yet he was victorious over it's power. The most beautiful and comforting thing about God's word is that we experience the truth of it daily; whether we have joy or sorrow. It tells us of this world and the passing of it. Jesus tells us of another place prepared for us. When we allow him to live this new life in the power of his grace, we find that he is faithful to provide even more grace. We also learn to draw near to him so that we experience deliverance. Even we as sinners are laden with the cares of this world's system. Think of the sinless one having to deal with it's stains. He must suffered far more than we can imagine to deliver us from sin's effects. Draw near to him and his people. Seek the counsel of wise men who have conquered depression. We all have these moments. When they overwhelm us continuously and progressively, we are to seek the help of professionals and persevere through prayer. You are in my prayers. Don't be discouraged with the work our God is doing in you during this trial. He gave you a new song. Sing it for his glory.

“ I have been trying to teach others this too!! ”
Some of the best, most thorough teaching on Israel in prophecy I have ever heard. I do tear up when I hear of the love of Joseph for his brethren. He was their savior and Christ will be the Savior of His beloved brethren also. God Bless! And prayers to God for His brethren.
