Not Just for Dads! Excellent encouragement from Pastor Armen, which I cannot recommend highly enough. It's not just for fathers, but for moms, empty-nesters, single young men, and gospel ministers. Also, for the young sisters in Christ so they know what to look for in a husband. Here is blessed, practical wisdom, applicable for every Christian believer!
Excellent In the efforts to minimize the body of faith, evangelicals, presuming orthodoxy out of personal preference, convenience or carnality, 'justify' the disregarding of the 4th commandment, along as many other vital issues, as the preservation of God's word, or the nature of valid worship .
Such a tragedy.
However, for those holding on to the whole compound of revealed truth the doctrine of the Sabbath is a blessing!
Thanks
Instructive, sound and valuable teaching Thank you for providing this challenging teaching about the Lord's day to American Christianity.
There was a day when the day was holy there at one time also.
Good exposition of the theme with valuable reason and a good number of practical pearls of wisdom.
Thank you , this is a timely message for our time!! Thank you Pastor Armen we need more preaching on this topic exposing the fallacies and false ideologies the Woke Cult is using to permeate and infiltrate the Church!!
I am in total agreement with your recommendation of Voddie Baucham’s book “Fault Lines” its brilliant in spelling it all out in an easy read. MayGod continue to bless you and your effort and ministry to expose the lies that are leading many Christians astray
Lord bless
Great Sermon! Full of solid truth. Here is an excerpt from Alan's sermon which should be shouted out from the mountain tops.
"Nothing that a person does before his coming to Christ prepares him to be justified. Nothing that a Christian does in his coming to Christ adds any merit to enable God to justify him. Nothing that a Christian does in the years after his coming to Christ adds any further ground of his acceptance with God.
The whole idea here is that God is talking about a righteousness not a potential righteousness. Not a perspective righteousness, not a theoretical righteousnes, but and actual present righteousness. Something that meets God's standard. Satisfied his nature, satisfies his law. Something that leaves nothing against us in the books of God.
No charge unanswered, unmet at the judgement bar of heaven. A righteousness that is absolutely perfect, entire, complete and everlasting." (part two to follow)
Great Sermon! “We cannot understand because God is infinite.” Amen. And He ordained the curse, because He deemed it even better than no fall. Saving and remdeeming is great, and only happens if and after bad happens. Gal 3: 21-26, Rom 8:16-34.
Good Yeah, how Christians should be campaigning against fornication instead of their quest against abortion! They lack the courage to confront the root of the problem. Chastity is the answer.
Great Sermon! Just what I needed tonight. I was truly lifted up. This sermon was so beautiful. At the very end of the sermon, music was played. I could hum right along with it because long ago, this was a very well-liked hymn, sung very often. Music has changed, something called CCM (Contemporary Christian Music) which I very strongly dislike. So with the very beautiful sermon, and the sweet soul stirring hymn, it was a joy that I was blessed to hear. Tears welled up in my eyes. Thank you Brother Cairns. You never disappoint me—never. God’s sweet blessings to you.
Perfection This is so much easier to see after being free of the ridiculous notion of neo-Darwinism. The parts of the cell (which itself is a miracle) cannot see the perfect, intricate function. The cells cannot see the intricate function of the organ (each of which is its own insanely complex miracle). The organs.. the body. The body.. the whole human. The human.. humanity. It is all good in the end and in the whole for those who love that which is above. An AMAZINGLY intricate complex symphony of justice and mercy and love.. is this universe in its glorious adventure acorss redemptive history, all orchestrated by the Master, perfection unti eternity. We can’t see it. The best of us can glimpse it. So He told us.
Perfect sermon.
Excellent! This sermon is preached with amazing clarity and compassion. There are a few minutes of echo in the audio, but it soon goes away, so keep listening! It is well worth your time.
