In 1983, the Free Presbyterian Church of Ulster sent its first missionary to Kenya, East Africa to labour with national ministers of the Bible Christian Faith Church (BCFC), a small separatist denomination that struggled to survive under tremendous government and tribal opposition. In the midst of seeing that opposition increase, and two faithful church members murdered, the Free Presbyterian Church sent additional missionaries and funds to the country to build a strong witness that is now respected among many of its former enemies.
Travel along with Missionary Council Chairman George McConnell, and Deputy Moderator Stanley Barnes, as they journey to the West Pokot district of Kenya, to see what God is now doing among those churches with the help of five Free Presbyterian missionaries. Also get a brief glimpse into the struggles of BCFC during the times of persecution, and the horrible attack that occured upon one minister's home.
