This does not mean that He does not strive with them by His Spirit, or that He does not bring temporal blessings to them or earthly judgments to them at times. But it means that He will save the overall judgment of their lives, their final judgment, the separation of the tares from the wheat, until Christ returns and He judges the world. During the time of their life, all men are under the wrath of God, until and unless, that wrath is removed by their believing in the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, they shall surely perish in the Lake of Fire at the last Day.
