Covered up... Stuck in a Routine!
Yesterday I read a post from one of my Pastor brothers about a Momma bird that they found stuck and hanging from her nest.
Too often, the “materials” we’re using “to establish our nest and build our lives and families” is the very thing that traps us or to say the least, the miscalculation in life that will eventually trap our little ones. And again, we see how essential it is for those who see us struggling in our despair to step in and help free us.
Conformed to a world around us.

Life was routine... until grace! Life went on as normal, as usual, the routine was common with the exception of one man. Stuck in a routine... a self-centered routine. (Luke 17 ; John 4 ; Titus 2)
Acts 2 There were excitement about Jesus, grace, His word, His people... His message, His ministry, His mission
John 4 the woman at the well.
When Jesus INTERRUPTS and INVADES a life He changes our: Priorities Purpose Passion Position
Abraham/Isaac (Genesis 26) One dug wells and the other uncovered the wells that his father dug that had been covered up by the enemy.
Paul referred to the dirt as carnality to the Corinthians, being bewitched to the Galatians and being cheated with philosophy and vain deceit to the Colossians.
Grace is the means that shapes a future for us... but even more so, it shapes us for fellowship with our Shepherd and His sheep, who help lead us through the kingdom and future God has planned for us.
Grace is a teacher... and teachers are shapers who mold the minds and attitudes and affections and aspirations and actions of their students.
Titus 2:11 |
